Blizzard quality Assurance Tsarnis made an announcement about Rift issues on 2.1.2 PTR days ago. If you are preparing to testing 2.1.2 PTR, note that don’t waste your time on reporting these issues he mentioned. Here, read what he says on official forum. "We all hope you are enjoying the 2.1.2 PTR and are having a good time digging into the game changes present. One of the larger changes we made for this round of PTR involves Nephalem and Greater Rift levels and how they are arranged. As a result, there are very likely some bugs present, such as missing scenes/tiles, dead ends (where there shouldn't be dead ends) and possibly even population issues.

If you have experienced any issues with Greater or Nephalem rifts similar to what I just described, please add a reply to this thread with the specifics. In general, this is the kind of info we need:

•Detailed description of the problem
•Description of the tileset that the rift used (in most cases, the story mode area it resembles is best)
•Screenshots! These are probably the most helpful, hands down

To help minimize duplication of efforts, here are our current known issues involving Nephalem/Greater Rifts:

Nephalem Rifts/Greater Rifts

•Rift levels using the Core of Arreat tileset can roll with gaps in the game world, preventing player progress through the rift

•Rift levels using the Realm of the Banished tileset is currently rolling with no monsters

•Monsters can spawn very close to the entrance of rift levels using the Caverns of Aranae tileset

•Cancelling a Greater Rift that is initiated by another player within a multiplayer game will prevent further rifts from being opened within that game session

•Higher level Greater Rifts (26+) and Greater Rift Trials are awarding too much Experience and Gold"
