Blizzard has revealed the anniversary buff for reaper of souls, and it is bonus gold and experience for all. Blizzard has made the blue post as below:

To celebrate one year of Reaper of Souls (and the community who continues to support us), all heroes who log in to D3 items this week on any platform will receive a +100% bonus to Gold Find and EXP! As with previous buffs, the bonuses provided will stack multiplicatively with existing in-game bonuses, including those provided by items, Shrines, Pools of Reflection, and Paragon points.This bonus Gold Find and Experience period begins in the Americas region on Monday, March 23 at 12:00 a.m. PDT and ends on Monday, March 30 at 11:59 p.m. PDT.

The buff isn't live yet, but in the past such +100% buffs more than doubled your total exp and gold bonus. For instance, the usual T6 exp buff is 1600%, but with past +100% buffs that went up to +3300%, which is doubled, plus another 100%, because math is hard. Presumably we are looking at the same thing this time, so anyone looking to make a last surge to some Paragon goal for S2 will have the wind at their back.
