3.Witch Doctor

  .Fetish Sycophants

   .Fixed an issue where Fetish Sycophants were not dealing increased damage from your highest Elemental Damage type

   .Fixed an issue where Hydra would not benefit from the Tal Rasha's 6-piece bonus
