I've read all kinda of stuff on this issue i have totally uninstalled d3 and reinstalled i cant get this game to open it worked fine until a couple days ago, now it wont even load before i deleted the game to try to reinstall i had no D3Dprefs.txt file to delete this is honestly pissing me off to the point that a refund sounds good i know my computer settings didnt change so wtf is wrong with the code in d3 now thats different then it was 3 days ago i barely had the game for a week n now i cant even play it.

Records show the Battle.net account you're posting from installed the game back in 2012. A refund isn't going to be available.

Could you please post some information about your computer? You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool:

Press Windows Key + R.
Type DxDiag and press Enter.
In the DxDiag window, at the bottom, click Save All Information.
Name the file "dxdiag" and click Save. (note where it's been saved so you can find it)

Locate the Dxdiag.txt file just created and open it to copy and paste ALL of it's contents into your reply.
