Patch 2.0.4 for Diablo 3 has launched for America and a full list of patch notes is available for everyone to see. The European patch launch date has not yet been confirmed.
The main changes to the game are as follows:
Pet survivability has been greatly increased when summoned by skills and items, including: Maximus, Genzaniku, Skycutter, The Gidbinn, Call of the Ancients and Falling Sword – Rise Brothers, and Litany of the Undaunted.
All Town hubs now has a different placement of the Orek, Kadala, Nephalem Rift Obelisk so that accidental clicking is reduced. Also, The Blacksmith’s Belongings box for Act I no longer has collisions.
Plenty of other changes linked to core gameplay mechanics, quests and classes have been improved, specifically to make sure that the players experience is improved overall.
The Blizzard development team said they might make other changes in the near future as well, since they are considering the info fans started posting after the launch of Reaper of Souls expansion.
European players are more than likely to get the 2.0.4 patch tomorrow, but not exactly sure since no dates have been posted.
